ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - Gov. Mike Dunleavy held a press conference at the Alaska Department of Public Safety Crime Lab on Tuesday morning to discuss his plan to help law enforcement agencies investigate sexual assault cases in Alaska through a sexual assault kit tracking initiative.
