ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - The 6-0-0 Boston Bruins remain the lone undefeated team in the Eastern Conference through two weeks, and in net for half of those wins has been Anchorage’s Jeremy Swayman.

Swayman made 23 saves in Boston’s 3-0 win over 2023 No. 1 overall draft pick Connor Bedard and the Chicago Blackhawks Tuesday night, his 10th career shutout in 85 starts.

The 24-year-old has begun his fourth NHL season with a 3-0 record, logging several impressive wins, including 34 saves in a win over the Los Angeles Kings last Saturday and a 36-save performance in his season debut Oct. 14 against Nashville.

Following Swayman’s performance between the pipes Tuesday, his career record moved to 57 wins and just 23 losses, good for a .921 save percentage at 2.21 goals allowed per game.
