Will has traveled Alaska extensively and considers himself very lucky to have experienced so much of what makes our state special. From spending a week learning about the relationship between the people and the seals on Saint Paul Island, to watching the revival of Alutiiq dance in Old Harbor, to ice fishing in the Arctic, telling Alaskans’ stories is his passion.
Prior to coming to Alaska in 2015, Will worked for a public affairs TV network in Washington state and did video and public relations work for a state agency, along with various endeavors in sports broadcasting. He’s a proud graduate of Washington State University’s Edward R. Murrow College of Communication (Go Cougs!), and when not working, you’ll likely find him out hiking with his wife on one of the beautiful trails our state has to offer.
