Tracy Sinclare

Tracy Sinclare is the CTV Executive Producer for Channel 2 News. Having moved to Alaska with her family in 1972 when her father was transferred to Elmendorf Air Force Base, Tracy has many years of experience with Alaska winters and the vagaries of its weather.
After graduating from East Anchorage High School in 1982, she attended Gonzaga University, receiving a B.A. in English and Broadcasting. After joining KTUU/Channel 2, Tracy attended Mississippi State University to receive a BS in Geosciences.
Before coming to Channel 2 News in 2000, Tracy worked for the trans-Alaska pipeline system for 13 years in internal communications and media relations. In March 2002, Tracy joined the "Morning Edition" team as weather anchor. She moved to the "Weekend Edition" in November 2003.
In addition to working at Channel 2, Tracy is a published author of romance novels and a fairly obsessive knitter.
