AST says 42 iPads were stolen from Tok School

Alaska State Troopers say 42 iPads were stolen from Tok School, Tuesday evening. The iPads were worth approximately $9,240, according to troopers.

AST says a Tok School employee reported the burglary from the school, around 6 p.m. on Tuesday.

A juvenile suspect was then contacted, and the iPads were recovered.

The suspect faces charges of Burglary in the Second Degree, Theft in the Second Degree, and Criminal Mischief in the Fifth Degree.

AST reports the juvenile suspect was released to their parents.
