Alaska State Fair announces 2 more performers; if it's good news, you might be a redneck
The Alaska State Fair announced two additional performers to add to their summer showcase of talent, including a "redneck" humor comedian, and a San Diego rock collective.
Jeff Foxworthy, known for his themed jokes around the premise of, "you might be a redneck," as well as hosting television game shows, will be performing on September 1 at 6 p.m.
San Diego-based band Slightly Stoopid will be performing ahead of him on August 29 at 7 p.m.
The new acts will join those already announced, including classic rockers Kansas, Dropkick Murphys, Cole Swindell, as well as those announced earlier in the year: Shinedown, Dustin Lynch, Home Free, and Tower of Power Band.
Tickets for Foxworthy and Slightly Stoopid won't go on sale until next week on Friday, May 24th. The performers will be playing live at the ConocoPhillips Borealis Theatre.
