This is a photo taken by Aaron Mahan on the Knik River near Palmer over the weekend.
Channel 2's weather team says on Saturday, August 10, 2019, Palmer saw trace amounts of rain which means less than 0.1" of rain. This is just north of Knik River so they saw similar amounts.
