For the third day in a row, Investigator Ethan Eley with the Division of Forestry took the stand to testify in case against Greg Imig and Amy DeWitt, the couple accused of starting the Sockeye Fire.
On Friday, defense attorney Kevin Fitzgerald continued his cross examination of Investigator Eley.
Fitzgerald focused his questioning on the thoroughness of Eley's investigation, pointing out inconsistencies in diagrams used, a disregard of eyewitness testimony, and what he felt, were an insufficient number of photos taken at the scene.
Cross examination will continue at the Palmer courthouse Monday morning at 9 a.m.
