Eskimo Ninja Warrior teaches Sen. Murkowski the 'seal hop'

Eskimo Ninja Warrior, Nick Hanson of Unalakleet, provided Senator Lisa Murkowski a quick lesson on how to seal hop, earlier this week.

"I get to meet a wide variety of interesting people, but really how often do you get to meet a ninja?" Murkowski wrote

The senator praised Alaska's American Ninja Warrior competitor for being a role model for young Alaskans.
"More than anything I'm proud to see Nick using his success as a platform to educate others on unique history and traditions of our state," she wrote. "I'll be cheering him on in his upcoming competitions."
But before parting ways, Murkowski received a lesson on how to seal hop – a variation of the Inuit knuckle hop
