Seth Lookhart, the Anchorage dentist accused of dozens of charges including Medicaid fraud, reckless endangerment, and unlawful dental acts, has been found guilty of all 46 counts he faced.

Anchorage Superior Court Judge Michael Wolverton issued the verdict early Friday morning.

In its findings, the court said the state’s evidence was overwhelming.

The video showed on Channel 2 back in December shows Lookhart extracting a tooth from a sedated patient while riding a hoverboard.

Multiple witnesses were called by the prosecution, including Veronica Wilhelm, who was sedated when Lookhart performed a procedure in July of 2016.

In the conclusion of its findings, the court says the most notable evidence the state brought to its attention was evidence from Dr. Lookhart’s own texts, photos, and videos.
