UPDATE: Suspect arrested in shooting at Williwaw Elementary

Anchorage police have arrested a suspect in the shooting of a teen at Williwaw Elementary School.
Police identified the suspect as 22-year-old John-Rexie Lagman.
APD says they questioned Lagman before placing him under arrest.
He faces multiple charges including Assault 1 and Reckless Endangerment.
The investigation is on-going.
A teenager was shot at the basketball court of Williwaw Elementary School on Tuesday after an altercation and is now in the hospital with “life-threatening injuries.”
The young man was with a group of juveniles at the school when someone pulled a gun and shot several rounds.
The teenager was shot at least once and collapsed on the 4400-block of San Ernesto, where a witness called the police.
The Williwaw Elementary playground is closed until further notice.
The incident occurred at 6:47 p.m.
