A warning to all suffering from arachnophobia: the above video, captured right here in Alaska, will give you a serious case of cringe.

An Alaska man living in Dillingham posted the video he captured outside his home, showing him brushing his hand through dozens of the creatures.

"Dipdooly is what they are called out here, I don’t know if they use that name in other areas," said Thomas Glass, who found the bundle of arachnids.

The creatures themselves, colloquially known as "daddy long legs," are opiliones, also known as harvesters. While they're arachnids, they're not technically spiders.

Glass said he saw thousands of them outside his heating vent in an attempt to stay warm, bundled together.

"At night you could see them migrating across the ground everywhere looking for somewhere to warm up," he said. "They show up every fall when it turns cold, but I haven’t seen this many before."

If you're brave enough, the video can be viewed in full above, but don't say we didn't warn you.
