Both mayoral candidates were waving signs Monday to encourage people to vote as Municipal Election Center staff were busy processing ballots ahead of Tuesday's election.
The city's health department again pointed to concerns over health and safety as staff began reposting 72-hour abatement notices at the site on Monday.
