Isabella Tran is a 12-year-old ‘go-getter.’ She’s a figure skater, loves playing the violin and she also has been working on a volunteer project to help feed families here in Anchorage. In conjunction with Bean’s Café, the sixth grader put together 35 meals for families for the Christmas and Valentine’s Day holidays. Her late father, Dale Tran died in 2017 and was the CFO of Kaladi Brothers Coffee — and a huge proponent of helping feed the hungry. Isabella says she did this partly to honor her father and because ”It’s the right thing to do." — young people giving hope in the form of giving.
