Anchorage Museum’s Seed Lab holds groovy garage sale of unique items

The Seed Lab in downtown Anchorage held a garage sale of some of the Anchorage Museum’s former exhibits and just stuff that had been piling up in office areas and taking up precious storage space. Dave, along with Seed Lab Manager Rebecca Pottebaum, had a little fun "test-driving" the items up for sale. It was a little walk down memory lane of past exhibits. The homeless are pitching tents across the Anchorage area after the Sullivan Arena closed as a shelter nearly a month ago. That's where the Sanctioned Camps Community Task Force says they're getting involved in identifying possible sites for temporary camps - to give the city time to establish a permanent, low-barrier homeless shelter.
