Sarah Meneghin was a teacher, now she’s a cook, a hostess, an owner, a waitress and even a food deliverer! You get the picture she does it all, from the bottom of her double-decker bus to the top!
She takes orders, and with care, prepares each one as if she were cooking for her own family! Meneghin bought the bus last year and now has it parked on the Spit in Homer, Alaska. The former English teacher wanted to be her own boss and do what she loves: feed people and make them happy. So far so good, The ‘Lil Taco Bus is driving home fresh ingredients in her tacos and burritos and you only have to go as far as her last customer to find satisfaction in a smile and in the last bite of one of her creations.
