Alaska State Troopers looking for escapee in Fairbanks
FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTUU) - Alaska State Troopers are looking for a man who escaped a facility in Fairbanks.
Alaska State Troopers received a report Tuesday afternoon that 36-year-old Todd Presler had escaped from the North Star Center, a halfway house.

Presler was serving time at the North Star Center for misdemeanor offenses when he reportedly exited through a window and fled the area.
According to the Fairbanks Police Department, Presler was arrested in February for breaking into the boarded-up building formerly known as the Alaska Motor Inn, located at 419 4th Avenue. He was arrested for resisting arrest and criminal trespassing.
Presler was last seen wearing an orange shirt and dark pants. He is 5′10″, 142 lbs, has blonde hair and blue eyes. If you see Presler, troopers ask that you do not approach him; instead, call (907) 451-5100.
