Coast Guard searching for missing jet heading to Boston from Bermuda with 6 on board

(Gray News) - The U.S. Coast Guard has launched a search for a missing jet after the FAA reported losing contact with the aircraft.
The U.S. Coast Guard Northeast reported on X that a Gulfstream G100 jet with the tail number CGRJP was heading to Boston from Bermuda when it disappeared.
Six people were on board.
According to the WFXT, the jet was a medical transfer aircraft.
The Coast Guard said it is currently searching for the plane in the area surrounding Nantucket. Both air and surface crews have been launched to assist with the search.
No further information has been provided at this time.
