TYLER, Texas. (KLTV/Gray News) - A Texas woman allegedly took a child to a doctor, allowing him to sexually assault the child in exchange for Adderall, according to authorities.

Alicia Evonne Sanchez, 37, was arrested Wednesday and charged with continuous sexual assault of a child under 14.

Sanchez is accused of bringing the minor to Dr. Kenneth Donald Haygood’s office on numerous occasions.

She allegedly allowed Haygood to sexually assault the child, during which she remained in the room, on at least 10 occasions. The child would cry and plead for him to stop but was ignored or told, “this is what doctors do.”

After the alleged assaults took place, the child reported in their outcry to another adult and a counselor that Haygood would give Sanchez Adderall pills, which Sanchez would place in a clear baggie.

She allegedly told the child that they were “for people who couldn’t get them from their doctor” or that there was a medication shortage.

Sanchez is being held on a $3 million bond.

Haygood was sentenced in 2025 to eight years in prison after pleading guilty to other sexual assaults.
